Grey and Gray

There’s nothing wrong it’s just not right 

there’s nothing black 

there’s nothing white

there’s nothing here

why would there be

because it’s not you

and it isn’t me

it’s both of us

in a vacant space

with heavy air 

and no chairs 

we both want to move

but we can’t find the edge

where the vacant ends

and the something begins.
